Captain Pappu Sastry
With 15+ years leading mining logistics and transshipment across Africa, Captain Sastry has pioneered transshipment models from Asia to West Africa. He has built and scaled major logistics infrastructure for bauxite, iron ore, and jetty operations, leveraging his global bulk shipping experience. He holds an MBA from the University of Manchester, a CCEO certification from CEO Institute Australia, and a Bachelor’s in Nautical Sciences from Southshields, UK.
James Lumley
James Lumley brings over 30 years in the global resource sector, with a decade focused on Africa. He has led multiple mining operations, including TerraCom Resources’ Guinea operations and Cape Lithium in South Africa, and has extensive experience raising capital and fostering relationships with Pan-African investors and governments. He has collaborated with the UK Government on African initiatives and co-presented at Mining Indaba, Cape Town.
